Expert witness work

I have held a Federal Firearms Manufacturing License (07 FFL) for over 23 years.  My Federal license classification throughout this entire time has been 07 status.  I have worked in engineering for several years to compliment my background.   I have been sworn in as an expert witness in US Federal Court. I have worked cases involving evidentiary findings, specifically in the technical area of firearm design and construction as well as modification. I have served my clients needs to ensure equitable, effective, and balanced application of justice. My expertise and advice contribute significantly to informed decision making. I have a proven record of applying my many years of technical background to achieve success. My areas of expertise include firearms, interior and exterior ballistics as well as design, materials, means of construction, ammunition and loading.
